Kitchen makeover OR a Man Cave makeover valued at up to $25000 - Fanwich

The Grand Prize Winner will have his/her choice of a FANtastic trip to any city in the world OR A kitchen makeover OR a Man Cave makeover valued at up to $25000. If winner should select the kitchen makeover or Man Cave makeover winner shall be solely responsible to select a local contractor or other sources as required to execute renovation and Sponsor will pay the contractor directly. If winner should choose the trip winner shall be solely responsible for selecting a travel agent to book the trip and Sponsor will pay the travel agent directly. Should the winner choose a renovation or trip that exceeds $25000 the winner will be responsible for any additional costs over $25000. In no event will Sponsor award the cash value of the prize directly to the winner.
