One Finalist will be randomly drawn and notified by phone and/or electronic mail on January 6th 13th 20st and 27th. Two finalists will be selected on February 3th 10th 17th and 24th 2013 by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. The Big South Conference office will notify the twelve 12 Finalists. Odds of becoming a Finalist depend on the number of valid entries received. If by reason of a printing or other error more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. For the Grand Prize each of the twelve Big South Conference Institutions competing in the 2014 VisitMyrtleBeach.com Big South Conference Mens Basketball Championship will be randomly assigned to represent one 1 of the twelve 12 Finalists. The winner of the Grand Prize will be the Finalist represented by the Big South Institution that wins the Mens Basketball Championship on Sunday March 9 2014.
